Eugenia Providence is the Process & Project Manager at IFH’s Center for Population Behavioral Health. In this role, she will oversee the administration of research projects, including managing grant submissions, budgets, and compliance with regulations.

Eugenia has more than ten years of experience in higher education and nonprofit sectors. Before joining Rutgers, she worked at Montclair State University’s College of Science & Mathematics, where she played a key role in enhancing the college’s operations and engaging students through creative projects. She is also currently an adjunct instructor at MSU’s School of Computing.

Eugenia holds an MBA from Montclair State University and a BA in Black Studies and Pure Mathematics from The City College of New York. She’s a member of the Project Management Institute and has been recognized for her leadership in making organizations more effective. Outside of work, Eugenia is passionate about telling stories with data and dismantling large, complex concepts into manageable and palatable pieces.
