Stephany Bravo (B.S. in Biology with a Double Minor in Psychology and Public Health from Montclair State University) is a student research assistant at the Center for Population Behavioral Health, where she works with Dr. Ashley Grosso. Stephany has a Certificate in Population Health from the Rutgers School of Public Health and currently pursuing a Master’s in Global Public Health at the Rutgers School of Public Health. Her current focus is on the analysis of the effects of state-level sex education policies on teaching practices in schools. Her career after college consisted of working as a case manager in New York City for homeless families with children residing within shelters. Shortly after that she began her career in the biotechnology / pharmaceutical / regenerative medicine industry. She is currently working full time for Bristol Myers Squibb in indirect patient care.
